The YAS Arbitration Basic Course is primarily targeted at junior associates working with dispute resolution with limited or no experience of arbitration.

Over the course of ten months and a number of seminars, the participants learn the essentials in Swedish and international arbitration. Additionally, the course provides a useful platform for junior associates to establish and develop their network within the arbitration community.

Each seminar is led by experienced arbitration practitioners and is kindly hosted by the lecturers’ law firm. Each session is concluded with a networking reception.

Around 30 participants are enrolled each year. Due to high demand, the number of participants from each law firm/other organisation may be limited.
